二． 應(yīng)聘條件

1.具有或即將獲得工程熱物理、能源與動(dòng)力工程、燃料化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位;

2.具有良好的科研創(chuàng)新精神和獨(dú)立開展科學(xué)研究的能力，具有較好的英文水平;

3.具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)和較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心，具有良好的口頭和書面交流能力，具備一定組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。

三． 薪酬待遇

1.基本年薪不低于18萬（稅前，含租房補(bǔ)貼3萬/年），另可根據(jù)博士后的工作情況和科研產(chǎn)出發(fā)放獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)性津貼；

2.博士后期間可選擇租住學(xué)校博士后公寓且戶口可按照相關(guān)政策遷至接收單位所在地;

3.條件突出者推薦申請國家“博新計(jì)劃”和上海市“超級(jí)博士后計(jì)劃”， 該兩項(xiàng)計(jì)劃入選者，每人每年收入30萬元，共資助2年，“博新計(jì)劃” 獲得者另有20萬元博士后科學(xué)基金經(jīng)費(fèi)。

4.其他福利待遇按國家和上海交通大學(xué)有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行，具體可參見（）。

job description

successful applicants will perform experimental and modeling research of fuel or engine combustion, e.g. fuel/engine interactions, fuel combustion kinetics, combustion pollutants formation and control.

job requirements

phd degree in mechanical engineering, energy and power engineering, or related fields;

excellent hands-on experience and numerical modeling skills relevant to fuel or engine combustion;

good publications record in the field of combustion and fuel sciences;
