浙江大學國際聯合商學院（international business school, zhejiang university, zibs）正式成立于2020年11月，是浙江大學國際校區自2016年落戶海寧以來，在提升辦學層次、優化辦學布局方面的重要舉措。zibs充分利用一帶一路、長三角一體化、杭州大灣區發展的戰略機遇，實施以浙大為核心的多機構、多學科、多層次的伙伴合作戰略。

一、崗位設置及待遇
國際聯合商學院將以項目和學科發展需求為導向，自主設立教授、副教授和助理教授崗位，通過全球招聘，建立一支具備國際視野的高水平全職師資團隊。
研究方向包括：金融科技與大數據分析、保險與風險管理、領導力與組織行為、運營與供應鏈管理、市場營銷等。
將根據引進人才的具體情況提供具有國際競爭力的薪資待遇和科研支撐條件。
二、基本條件
教授（professor）
一般應具有世界高水平大學或國際一流商學院終身副教授及以上專業技術職務，或國內管理學或經濟學a+學科的教授。
應在其學術領域保持長期、穩定、高水平的研究活動和成果產出，在專業領域擁有卓著的學術影響力，擁有豐富的國內外學術資源，能夠規劃學科方向并領導研究團隊，且具有豐富的全英文課程教學經驗。
副教授（associate professor）
一般應具有世界高水平大學助理教授（assistant professor）及以上專業技術職務；或在國際頂尖大學獲得博士學位且具有連續2年以上的博士后經歷或國際知名公司從業經歷；或國內管理學或經濟學a+學科的優秀副教授。
應在其專業領域具有良好學術影響力和顯著的學術活躍度，能夠主持高水平研究項目和獨立指導研究生，能夠獨立承擔全英文課程的開發、教學，教學效果優良。
助理教授（assistant professor）
一般應在世界高水平大學獲得博士學位且有連續2年以上博士后或從業經歷；或在國際頂尖大學獲得博士學位的應屆畢業生。
在其自身研究領域有一定的學術成果和較大的學術潛力，能夠獨立承擔全英文課程教學和研究生指導。
三、支持條件
學院將為入選者提供優越的工作和生活條件：

i. positions and benefits package

teaching and research areas include: fintech and big data analytics, insurance and risk management, leadership and organizational behavior, operations and supply chain management, marketing, etc.

ii. requirements
professor
shall hold a position of tenured associate professor or above at a world-class university or a world-class business school, or a position of professor at management or economics rated as a+ assessed by chinese ministry of education.
shall engage in long-term, stable and high-level research activities and sustain a high level of productivity in his/ her academic area. the applicant shall have a strong reputation and scholarly impact in his/ her specialized area, have access to rich academic resources in and outsidechina, be able to plan future directions of disciplines, lead research teams, and have rich experience in lecturing in english.
associate professor
shall hold a position of assistant professor or above at a world-class university; or have obtained a doctoral degree from a top-tier university, and have post-doctoral experience for 2 consecutive years or work experience at a world renowned company, or be an associate professor of management or economics rated as a+ assessed by chinese ministry of education.
shall have good scholarly impact, be significantly active in academic work, and be able to preside over high-level research projects, independently advise graduate students, and independently develop courses in english, and offer them with good effects.
assistant professor
shall obtain a doctoral degree from a world-class university and have post-doctoral experience for 2 consecutive years or work experience in industries, or be a recent graduate who has obtained a doctoral degree from a top-tier university.
shall have accomplishments in his/ her research areas with apparent academic potential and be able to independently lecture in english and advise graduate students.
iii. compensation and benefits
salary and research initiation support will be commensurate with qualifications and competitive with international norms and housing support. tenure-track faculty are eligible to purchase the subsidized the talent apartment.
