因?qū)W院發(fā)展和工作需要,北京大學(xué)國(guó)際法學(xué)院招聘教務(wù)工作專(zhuān)員1名。國(guó)際法學(xué)院將為獲聘者提供一個(gè)氣氛融洽的、雙語(yǔ)的、合作性的工作環(huán)境,讓獲聘者的個(gè)人能力和潛力在跨文化的職業(yè)發(fā)展平臺(tái)中得到全面挖掘和提升。
一、崗位要求
1.學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上學(xué)歷(碩士或具備國(guó)外教育背景可優(yōu)先考慮);
2.專(zhuān)業(yè)要求:專(zhuān)業(yè)不限,法律等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先;
3.具備較好的中英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力;能適應(yīng)中英雙語(yǔ)、跨文化工作環(huán)境;
4.工作責(zé)任心與服務(wù)意識(shí)強(qiáng),有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
5.具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力,學(xué)習(xí)能力以及活動(dòng)組織能力。
二、工作職責(zé):
1.建立良好的理解并幫助實(shí)施國(guó)際法學(xué)院教務(wù)管理流程;
2.與教務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,有效且順利地管理國(guó)際法學(xué)院的教務(wù)項(xiàng)目;
3.與北京大學(xué)本部在有關(guān)教務(wù)項(xiàng)目的政策及程序方面保持良好聯(lián)系;
4.與教務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,管理學(xué)生畢業(yè)進(jìn)程,包括維護(hù)、保管和歸檔學(xué)生記錄;
5.支持國(guó)際法學(xué)院全年工作,包括但不限于新生入校、注冊(cè)、論文答辯及畢業(yè)事宜;
6.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事項(xiàng)。
三、工作地點(diǎn):深圳大學(xué)城,環(huán)境優(yōu)美,空氣質(zhì)量佳。

peking university school of transnational law (“stl”)in shenzhen, china seeks a creative and motivated individual for the position of officer of academic affairs. stl offers an engaging bilingual and collaborative working environment, which will hone and promote the candidate’s abilities to work in a cross-cultural professional environment.
expected qualifications:
i.bachelor’s degree or above, master degree or overseas studying experience preferred;
ii.preferably in law or other related major;
iii.excellent bilingual (chinese and english)listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-cultural and bilingual working environment;
iv.strong sense of responsibility, service and cooperation;
v.excellent communication skills, high learning potential and strong organization skills.
duties include:
i.building a good understanding of and helping to implement stl’s academic administrative processes;
ii.working with the academic affairs team to effectively and smoothly manage stl’s academic programs;
iii.liaising with peking university on university policies and procedures related to academic programming;
iv.working with the academic affairs team to manage student progress toward graduation, including maintaining, keeping, and filing student records;
v.supporting the work of stl throughout the year, including but not limited to new student arrivals, registration, thesis defenses, and graduation;
vi.other work assigned by supervisor.
