學(xué)院突出國際化復(fù)合型人才的培養(yǎng)特色，整合了中外優(yōu)質(zhì)教學(xué)資源，引進(jìn)了國外合作大學(xué)專業(yè)核心課程，與國外合作大學(xué)教師共同開設(shè)全外語課程。現(xiàn)有統(tǒng)招本科生735人，研究生73人，每年接收法國、加拿大、比利時(shí)等國留學(xué)生。學(xué)院每年就業(yè)率保持在100%，連續(xù)三年被評(píng)為華南師范大學(xué)“就業(yè)工作先進(jìn)單位”。

一、招聘對(duì)象：學(xué)術(shù)英語教師

1、招聘條件requirements

獲得碩士及以上研究生學(xué)歷學(xué)位。英語系語言國家留學(xué)歸國者優(yōu)先。中國籍人員要求本科、研究生均為英語相關(guān)專業(yè)，如英語語言文學(xué)、英語教育、應(yīng)用語言學(xué)、跨文化交際、翻譯等。持有celta或者權(quán)威tefl/tesol證書者優(yōu)先。外籍人員要求以英語為母語，且來自英國、美國、澳洲、加拿大、新西蘭等國家；至少2年英語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；教育學(xué)或語言學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)者優(yōu)先。

2、薪酬待遇salaryandwelfare

中國籍入聘教師起點(diǎn)年薪12萬元，外籍入聘教師起點(diǎn)年薪16萬。對(duì)于教授聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)或中外合作辦學(xué)學(xué)生的老師，國際聯(lián)合學(xué)院根據(jù)學(xué)歷層次和職稱另補(bǔ)貼2-4萬元/年。

依法參加養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、工傷、失業(yè)、生育等社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)和繳存住房公積金，享受相應(yīng)待遇。

southchina normal university, established in 1933, was originally known as guangzhou provincial xiangqin normal college. in 1996, the college became a member of china’s “project 211” universities. 2015 saw the co-construction of scnu by the guangdong provincial government and the ministry of education as well as the university’s entry into guangdong high-level university sponsoring project. in 2017, scnu became a member of the national sponsoring project for world-class disciplines construction. scnu now boasts three campuses, namely shipai campus, university town campus in guangzhou and nanhai campus in foshan.

the international business college (ibc) has three undergraduate majors: finance (sino-british cooperative program), financial management and french; two sino-foreign cooperative graduate majors: master of international business and master of vocational education (financial and business english), of which the finance is the featured major of guangdong province. the college has a high-level international teaching staff, more than 2/3 of the teachers having the experience of studying abroad, and more than 10 being foreign teachers. the college has the pearl river west bank strategic research center, cross border education quality assurance research center, and the cross border education quality assurance research base co-constructed with the china education association for international exchange.

the ibc highlights the training characteristics of international composite talents, integrates high-quality teaching resources at home and abroad, introduces core professional courses from foreign cooperative universities, and jointly sets up foreign-languages-taught courses with teachers from foreign cooperative universities. at present, ibc has 735 undergraduates and 73 postgraduates, and international students from france, canada, belgium and other countries are enrolled every year. the annual employment rate of the college remains at 100%, and it has been rated as the "advanced unit of employment work" of south china normal university for three consecutive years. in 2020, ibc postgraduate enrollment rate is 37.34%. especially in finance major, postgraduate enrollment rate reaches 77.08%, and 64.5% of finance students have been admitted by world top universities.

the college and foreign universities jointly built a practical teaching platform. at present, the college has set up guangdong provincial experimental demonstration center and guangdong provincial off-campus practical teaching base, and has a financial engineering big data analysis laboratory, erp financial management innovation laboratory, an international learning practice and innovation center, a vr laboratory, an international curriculum laboratory and an international comprehensive laboratory.

i. talents we are looking for academic english teacher

the applicants should have already acquired master degree or above qualification. the overseas talents returned from english-speaking countries are preferred. chinese applicants both of undergraduate and graduate are required to graduate from english-related majors, such as, but not limited to english language and literature, english education, applied linguistics, intercultural communication, translation. holders of celta or authoritative tefl/tesol certificates are preferred. foreigners are required to be english native speakers, and are from the following countries like united kingdom, the united states, australia, canada, new zealand and etc.; foreign applicants should have at least 2 years of english teaching experience; graduates in education or linguistics are preferred.

2、salary and welfare

the annual salary of chinese applicants starts from 120,000 rmb; the annual salary of foreign applicants starts from 160, 000 rmb. for teachers who teach joint education programs students, international united college will provide a subsidy of 20,000-40,000 rmb per year depending on the applicants' education qualification and titles.

the recruited staff enjoy deserved treatment and attend social insurance, including endowment insurance, medical insurance,unemployment insurance, employment injury insurance, maternity insurance , and deposit housing fund according to the law.
