about scupi學院簡介

四川大學匹茲堡學院是四川大學與美國匹茲堡大學合作成立的中外聯(lián)合學院，是兩所享有國際聲譽的中美名校強強聯(lián)合進行國際化辦學的新模式，是教育部正式批準的中美大學合作機構層次的五所學院之一。學院于2011年開始籌建，2014年2月正式獲得教育部批準，2015年9月招收第一批新生。學院設置了工業(yè)工程（國際合作）、機械設計制造及其自動化（國際合作）、材料科學與工程（國際合作）三個專業(yè)，引入國際一流大學的辦學理念、課程體系、師資力量及優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，融合兩校的學術及教育優(yōu)勢，采用全英語授課方式，鼓勵創(chuàng)新性學習、開放式討論、獨立性思維，提升學生的領導力、團隊合作和創(chuàng)新思維能力，致力于培養(yǎng)具有寬廣國際化視野、知識基礎與創(chuàng)新能力并強、適應國際化競爭環(huán)境的工科人才與社會精英。

position description崗位描述：

the general administrator will assist the party branch secretary in handling party affairs, including drafting official documents such as work plan and report, organizing and implementing party branch meeting and activities, andother daily party affairs. meanwhile, the general administrator is responsible for the publicity activities of the institute.

duties and responsibilities主要職責：

●draft, edit and revise content for party documents, institute news, annual report, evaluation report, etc.

負責黨務文件、宣傳稿件、年度總結、評估報告及其他文字撰寫、修改；

●assist with the planning and execution of party branch activities

參與學院黨支部各項活動的計劃制定和具體安排；

●responsible for the party membership management and other daily party affairs

負責學院黨員發(fā)展、黨員組織關系管理，協(xié)助黨費收繳管理等日常黨務工作；

●responsible for ideological and political work, including publicity, education, planning and execution

負責各項思想政治工作包括各類宣傳、教育、計劃的制定和實施；

●responsible for the updating and maintenance of institute-managed website and social platforms, planning publicity activities, contacting suppliers to design and order institute apparel and gifts, etc;

負責學院各宣傳平臺的更新維護、策劃宣傳活動、聯(lián)絡供應商制作學院周邊產(chǎn)品等；

●other duties as assigned

完成學院交辦的其他工作

qualifications招聘條件：

●cpc member with a strong sense of political consciousness

中共黨員，具有較高政治覺悟；

●master degree or above in journalism, chinese language and literature, political science or other related fields are preferred. relevant working experience is a plus.

碩士研究生及以上學歷，新聞、中文、思想政治相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。有工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

●knowledgeable in official document writing, political theory and microsoft office. skills in graphic design and multimedia software is a plus.

具有較強的文字表達能力，有一定的政治理論水平，熟練使用辦公軟件。熟練掌握設計類或多媒體軟件者優(yōu)先；

●good command of spoken and written english

英語熟練，具備英語交流、工作能力；

●good work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility

作風正派、工作認真、責任心強。
