西安工業(yè)大學(xué)材料與化工學(xué)院主要從事金屬基復(fù)合材料、高熵合金材料、高分子材料、功能性陶瓷以及鐵電單晶材料的研究。學(xué)院擁有良好的儀器設(shè)備和研究平臺(tái)。近年來在nature chemistry、acta materiallia和acs applied materials and interfaces等雜志發(fā)表科研成果。

由于工作需要，現(xiàn)招聘“博士后”研究人員5名。

任職要求：

1、接受過良好的金屬材料、高分子材料、無機(jī)非金屬材料、化學(xué)等方面的系統(tǒng)教育和科研訓(xùn)練；

2、具備較強(qiáng)的科研能力，發(fā)表過sci論文，擁有高水平論文成果者優(yōu)先；

3、入職后在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域開展一流水平科學(xué)研究，發(fā)表高水平研究成果；

4、具有博士學(xué)位的外籍人士或博士畢業(yè)于985高校或中科院大學(xué)的應(yīng)聘者優(yōu)先考慮。

待遇：

1、 年薪20-25萬，成果績效另計(jì)，享受學(xué)校博士后住房等其他福利待遇；

2、 團(tuán)隊(duì)擁有完備的科研實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備、經(jīng)費(fèi)充足、可提供科研助手。

the discipline of materials science and engineering is mainly engaged in the research of metal matrix composites, high-entropy alloy materials, polymer materials, functional ceramics and ferroelectric single crystal materials, and has advanced equipment and research platforms. in recent years, research results of this discipline have been published in journals such as nature chemistry, acta materiallia, and acs applied materials and interfaces, etc. due to work needs, we are now recruiting 5 post-doc research fellows.

job requirements

1. ph.d. in metal materials, polymer materials, inorganic non-metallic materials, and chemistry etc.;

2. possessing strong scientific research ability, candidates with published sci papers and high-level scientific results are preferred;

3. capable of carrying out first-class scientific research in relevant fields and publishing high-level scientific papers.

4. foreigners with a ph.d., chinese with ph.d. degrees in 985 universities or chinese academy of sciences are preferred.

treatment

1. the annual salary ranges from 200,000 to 250,000 (rmb), extra bonus is offered by one’s performance. additional benefits such as post-doctoral housing in the university etc.;

2. the team has complete research and experimental equipment, sufficient funds, and scientific research assistants can be provided.
