合同類型:全職、期限2年，可按師資博士后進(jìn)站，聘期結(jié)束考核合格后可轉(zhuǎn)為正式教職工

待遇:

(1)年薪制：稅前年薪依據(jù)聘期工作業(yè)績按照三個等級劃分：等級a, 27萬元人民幣；等級b, 24萬元人民幣；等級c, 21 萬元人民幣。聘期初始年薪為等級c，當(dāng)在chemistry of materials, chemical science, advanced functional materials, advanced energy materials, 或者其他相當(dāng)?shù)钠诳习l(fā)表論文時，年薪提高至等級b；或者當(dāng)在nature communications, journal of the american chemical society, angewandte chemie, advanced materials, energy and environmental science或者其他相當(dāng)?shù)钠诳踔粮玫钠诳习l(fā)表論文時，年薪提高至等級a。新的年薪將適用于整個合同期，也就是以往聘期的年薪差額將會被補(bǔ)發(fā)。

(2)其他：學(xué)校提供5萬元的科研啟動經(jīng)費；博士后在站期間博士后配偶隨博士后流動，學(xué)校對其配偶安置臨時性工作，如配偶不隨博士后在站期間流動，學(xué)校將按照相關(guān)規(guī)定給予博士后在站期間每月500元作為博士后配偶的補(bǔ)貼（最多發(fā)放2年）；其他額外補(bǔ)助需面議；小孩入托和入學(xué)可安排在桂林理工大學(xué)附屬幼兒園和小學(xué)。(備注：師資博士后進(jìn)站時也可申請按照當(dāng)年引進(jìn)博士人員標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(20-40萬元)領(lǐng)取安家費。)

工作內(nèi)容和職責(zé)：利用高溫高壓系統(tǒng)、低溫拓?fù)溥€原等多種方法制備新化合物和材料，測量離子導(dǎo)電、介電/鐵電/磁性以及其他功能性質(zhì)，利用粉末x-射線和中子衍射、透射電鏡、固態(tài)核磁共振譜等互補(bǔ)手段研究晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和缺陷結(jié)構(gòu)，并結(jié)合分子動態(tài)模擬和第一性原理計算等理論計算開展結(jié)構(gòu)-物性關(guān)系等機(jī)理研究；定期向課題組負(fù)責(zé)人匯報和討論工作，起草、修改以及在具有影響力的學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表研究論文。

要求：已獲得無機(jī)化學(xué)、材料科學(xué)或者凝聚態(tài)物理方向的博士學(xué)位；具有良好的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)知識，在無機(jī)固體化學(xué)/物理、固體材料計算化學(xué)/物理、固體高溫高壓合成、或者透射電鏡等方向具有一定研究經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

合作導(dǎo)師介紹：匡小軍，研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師，國家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金獲得者。1999年7月畢業(yè)于江西南昌大學(xué)化學(xué)系獲理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；2004年6月畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子工程學(xué)院無機(jī)化學(xué)專業(yè)，獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位，師從林建華和荊西平教授。2004年8月-2010年7月期間，先后在英國liverpool大學(xué)化學(xué)系matthew j. rosseinsky教授（英國皇家學(xué)會院士）課題組和durham大學(xué)化學(xué)系ivana r. evans博士課題組從事博士后研究。2009年入選中山大學(xué)‘百人計劃’，2010年7月-2013年3月于中山大學(xué)化學(xué)與化學(xué)工程學(xué)院任副教授和碩士生導(dǎo)師。2013年3月入職桂林理工大學(xué)，先后獲得教育部2013年度“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃”、首屆廣西高校引進(jìn)海外高層次人才‘百人計劃’，2014年度廣西自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金，第18批廣西“新世紀(jì)十百千人才工程”第二層次人選和2016年度國家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金等人才計劃的支持，2017年獲得第14屆廣西青年科技獎。主持5項國家自然科學(xué)基金項目和5項省部級項目。研究方向為無機(jī)材料與固體化學(xué)，從事介質(zhì)材料和固態(tài)離子導(dǎo)體等電子功能陶瓷材料的合成，性質(zhì)、結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)效關(guān)系等基礎(chǔ)研究，利用包括粉末衍射、透射電鏡和固態(tài)核磁共振譜在內(nèi)的多種互補(bǔ)方法確定材料的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和局域缺陷結(jié)構(gòu)，在原子級層次上理解結(jié)構(gòu)對電性質(zhì)的作用機(jī)理。目前以第一或通訊作者身份在nature materials、nature communications、journal of the american chemical society、angewandte chemie、chemistry of materials、journal of materials chemistry (a/c)、advanced electronic materials、inorganic chemistry等國際著名期刊上發(fā)表40余篇學(xué)術(shù)論文。

課題組研究條件：依托有色金屬及材料加工教育部重點實驗室和廣西光電材料與器件重點實驗室等研究平臺；重點實驗室具有粉末x-射線衍射儀，透射電鏡、x-光電子能譜、掃描電鏡、拉曼光譜等大型儀器；材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院具有材料科學(xué)與工程一級學(xué)科博士授予權(quán)；課題組現(xiàn)有實驗室面積350平米，課題組內(nèi)目前具有帶高溫附件的變溫粉末x-射線衍射儀、walker型多面頂高溫高壓制備系統(tǒng)、solartron交流阻抗儀和電化學(xué)界面、低溫電學(xué)測試系統(tǒng)、熱分析儀等材料研究設(shè)備和用于理論計算的服務(wù)器；課題組與法國高溫材料所、美國nist中子中心以及北京大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子工程學(xué)院等國內(nèi)外著名科研單位具有密切的合作研究。課題組為團(tuán)隊成員提供在科研合作單位進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)進(jìn)修和研究訪問的機(jī)會。
