一、應(yīng)聘人員基本條件

1.具有生物學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科或以上學(xué)歷，身體健康，吃苦耐勞，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)；

2.具有一定的英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力，能夠與實(shí)驗(yàn)室外籍pi進(jìn)行流利的口頭或書面交流；

3.能夠在2018年11月之前上崗；

4.具有以下專長(zhǎng)（或之一）的應(yīng)聘人員將優(yōu)先考慮：

（1）具有較熟練的分子生物學(xué)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如rna提取，基因克隆、載體構(gòu)建等；

（2）具有豐富的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、轉(zhuǎn)染經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

二、崗位職責(zé)

1.協(xié)助pi維持實(shí)驗(yàn)室的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；其中主要包括負(fù)責(zé)訂購(gòu)實(shí)驗(yàn)試劑及耗材，并幫助pi申請(qǐng)研究經(jīng)費(fèi)，協(xié)助pi規(guī)劃實(shí)驗(yàn)室財(cái)政支出及預(yù)算。

2.能夠獨(dú)立承擔(dān)部分實(shí)驗(yàn)工作。

job description：

1. we study the molecular and cellular mechanisms of parkinson’s disease with genetically modified cells and knockout mice. methods used include sub-cloning in e. coli, isolation of dna and rna, tissue culture, viral vector production and infection of mammalian cells, isolation of primary mouse cells, rt-pcr, western blot, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, confocal microscopy, and mouse behavior.

2. technician is expected to carry out experiments exactly, effectively and with care, and maintain detailed and timely records of the work in a lab journal.

3. administrative duties include ordering of reagents, keeping records of orders and lab spending, helping with submission (forms) of research grants and university budgets, and handling of payments by university.

4. technician/administrative assistant will work under the guidance and supervision of the principal investigator and/or other lab members.

application requirements:

1. applicants should have a bachelor or master degree in biology or a closely related field and be interested to work in a dynamic research group.

2. the position requires reasonable oral and written english skills for communication with the professor and excellent chinese to work with university personnel.
