政治學博士后流動站(2人，含超級博士后1人)

公共管理博士后流動站(1人)

重點研究方向：世界政黨研究，比較政治經濟，中外政治制度，中外政治思想，中國政治，政黨建設與國家治理體系，公共政策與國家治理，政府創新與公共管理，國際組織公共管理，全球治理與中國外交，宗教與國際關系，國家統一理論模式，臺灣問題中的外部因素，國際公共政策，國際關系和外交理論，大國關系，區域國別研究。

二、崗位基本要求

1、在海內外高校獲得博士學位3年以內或應屆博士研究生，以及從其他博士后科研流動站(工作站)出站的博士后研究人員，年齡35歲以下，所學專業為政治學、國際關系、公共管理等相關領域;

2、具有扎實的理論基礎和較高的外語水平，具備較強的研究能力和敬業精神;

3、除承擔流動站的科研工作外，還需承擔學院部分科研和教學任務;

4、表達溝通能力好，有合作精神;

5、具備全日制進站工作條件，不招收在職研究人員。本校博士畢業生不能進入本校同學科(一級學科)的流動站。

三、相關福利待遇

1、薪酬待遇參照國家和復旦大學的相關標準;

2、如研究課題與學院學科重點方向契合，學院將提供一定的科研資助;

3、提供博士后辦公場所;

4、住房、戶口等其他方面根據學校相關政策執行;

5、博士后工作一般為2年，博士后在站期間取得突出科研成果，符合學校人才引進條件的，有機會留校任教。

2、博士學位證書、畢業證書(復印件)或其他有關的有效證明文件(應屆畢業生可先遞交答辯決議書);

3、身份證或護照(復印件);

4、博士期間及工作以來發表論文的清單及2篇學術研究代表作;

5、本人擬在博士后期間從事的研究方向、研究課題及研究初步打算(不超過3000字);

6、博士論文。

basic job requirements

fresh ph.d who obtained the doctoral degree within three years or postdoctoral researchers from other post-doctoral research stations (workstations), who is under 35 and major in political science, international relations, public administration and other related fields. the one who has overseas study and research experience is preferred.

solid theoretical foundation, high level of foreign language, strong research capability and professionalism.

undertake research work as well as a part of teaching at school

good communication skill and spirit of cooperation

full-time stint working conditions and the ph.d graduates from fudan university cannot enter the same discipline (a subject) of the rover.
