一、招收學科

數(shù)學、中國語言文學、臨床醫(yī)學、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學、哲學、化學、中國史、體育學、材料科學與工程、紡織科學與工程、物理學、光學工程、應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟學、法學、政治學、教育學、外國語言文學、設(shè)計學、化學工程與技術(shù)、公共衛(wèi)生與預防醫(yī)學、馬克思主義理論、計算機科學與技術(shù)、畜牧學、藥學、統(tǒng)計學、特種醫(yī)學、工商管理、信息與通信工程、軟件工程。

二、招收條件

1.以統(tǒng)招博士畢業(yè)生的身份，或與原單位解除聘用關(guān)系，或在國（境）外獲得博士學位，全時全職來我校從事博士后研究工作的人員（含外籍人員）。

2.博士后申請者一般應(yīng)為獲得博士學位不超過3年的博士畢業(yè)生，年齡應(yīng)在35周歲以下，人文社會科學領(lǐng)域、人才緊缺基礎(chǔ)薄弱的自然科學領(lǐng)域可適當放寬。

3.符合我校相關(guān)流動站的招收條件，具有較強的科研能力和學術(shù)研究潛力。

三、工作期限

一般為3年，對進站后承擔國家重大科技項目的，應(yīng)當根據(jù)項目資助期限和承擔的任務(wù)及時調(diào)整在站時間，最長不超過6年。

四、相關(guān)待遇

1.統(tǒng)招博士后實行協(xié)議年薪制，由學校和合作導師共同承擔。學校和導師根據(jù)擬進站人員博士學位授予學校的世界排名（最新的《泰晤士高等教育世界大學排名》）情況承擔不同的年薪。年度總收入（含個人及單位繳納的各類社會保險及住房公積金）具體如下：（單位：萬元/人）

2.提供科研啟動經(jīng)費，從事自然科學中實驗性學科研究的博士后每人2萬元，從事人文社會科學、自然科學中非實驗性學科的博士后每人1萬元。

3.提供一定數(shù)量的博士后公寓，或可申請1000元/月的租房補貼。

4.學校鼓勵博士后流動站及合作導師視博士后業(yè)績追加年薪。

5.博士后進站后通過評選確定為"蘇州大學優(yōu)秀博士后"的，學校將發(fā)放一次性獎勵。
