工作內(nèi)容

1.職位依托英國wellcome基金會資助的“中印電動車發(fā)展的氣候與健康效應(yīng)”項(xiàng)目，研究中國和印度的能源脫碳戰(zhàn)略，特別關(guān)注電動汽車發(fā)展對減少溫室氣體和空氣污染的效應(yīng)。

2.工作內(nèi)容包括兩個(gè)不同的研究方向：崗位一主要通過綜合評估模型（iam）評估中國和印度交通部門政策對于碳排放、空氣質(zhì)量和健康的影響；崗位二重點(diǎn)關(guān)注促進(jìn)中印電動汽車（ev）發(fā)展的有利市場和政策條件。

3.導(dǎo)師將提供充分的業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)，并給予充分的研究自由度，入選者將有80%時(shí)間用于項(xiàng)目研究和學(xué)術(shù)論文寫作，只需20%時(shí)間撰寫項(xiàng)目申請書、本項(xiàng)目報(bào)告和政策建議，以確保項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行。

工作地點(diǎn)

1.主要在北京大學(xué)工作；

2.將有機(jī)會與國際跨學(xué)科研究團(tuán)隊(duì)合作交流：wei peng教授（pennsylvania state university）和johannes urpelainen教授（johns hopkins university）課題組，寒暑假在psu和jhu進(jìn)行短期訪問交流，同時(shí)有機(jī)會參加wellcome基金會在英美舉辦的研究年會，與世界各地同行開展學(xué)術(shù)交流，表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀者也將有機(jī)會在johns hopkins university開展第二年的工作。

應(yīng)聘條件

1.已獲得或即將取得博士學(xué)位：

a)國外：在國外（境外）世界大學(xué)綜合排名或?qū)W科排名前100的高校獲得博士學(xué)位，且尚未回國工作的博士畢業(yè)生；排名參考當(dāng)年度最新the/ qs/usnews/arwu排名；

b)國內(nèi)：在國內(nèi)知名高校或?qū)W科獲得博士學(xué)位的全日制博士畢業(yè)生。

2.獲得博士學(xué)位不超過三年，年齡不超過35周歲；

3.進(jìn)站后須全職從事博士后研究工作；

4.身體健康，符合北京大學(xué)博士后招收條件；

5.具有能源或氣候研究背景；

6.具有較高的英語口頭及書面寫作水平；

7.熱愛科研工作，具有較強(qiáng)的系統(tǒng)分析思維和數(shù)據(jù)建模能力，具備獨(dú)立從事科研及項(xiàng)目工作的能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力突出；

8.此外：

a)對于崗位一：熟練掌握綜合評估模型建模方法；

b)對于崗位二：深入了解交通部門，掌握相關(guān)定量分析方法（如optimization, agent-based modeling, vehicle choice modeling等）。

崗位待遇

40,000美元/年(約27萬元人民幣/年)，課題組可協(xié)助申請國內(nèi)博士后基金項(xiàng)目
