You will have a chance to： The HP in-house media team is responsible for planning, operating, buying and improving ad campaigns on eCommerce platform. The team is expanding to China and HP is looking for entrepreneurially minded candidates to be part of this new team. You will utilize your expertise in data-driven advertising to ensure HP’s advertising objectives are met while maintaining a balance of performance and efficiency. Key responsibilities: ? Day to day operations on eCommerce ad platform and Search campaigns, especially on JZT(京準(zhǔn)通)and Baidu. Monitor the performance and adjust the bidding price accordingly. ? Familiar with leads generation campaign process and technology with search platform. The candidate should support the business to achieve the leads target. ? Good team players to work within media team and build trustful partnership with teams cross marketing, category, finance, etc. ? Collected data cross different platform to drive insight thru daily, weekly or monthly report or review ? Good logic and data analytics thinking capabilities and good communication skills to work cross functional teams ? Help build a brand-new team inside the large producer of printers and PCs in the world. Requirements: ? 3 years of platform activation experience in an eCommerce team at media agency, eCommerce company, retail side or similar environment ? Working experience of JZT, JD Data Mill, Alibaba Databank, JD PPZH(京東商智), Baidu Search with a strong desire to get hands on with a lot of detail. ? Master or Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising communication, computer science, math，statistics, economics, or similar background ? Strong analytical skills within Excel, and other data tools with the passion to look for insights within the data. ? Always curious about China digital ecosystem, able to adapt to a brand-new team and the fast-changing environment that will bring.
