The Role We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Delivery Station Manager to lead operations at one of our delivery stations. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing last-mile delivery processes, driving team performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities, 1, Oversee day-to-day delivery station operations, including planning, resource allocation, and execution of last-mile deliveries. 2, Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management. 3, Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values. 4, Ensure adequate staffing and resource levels to meet changing operational demands. 5, Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability and development. 6, Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. 7, Resolve service issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery operations. 8, Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards. Work cross-functionally with transport, HR, and customer service teams to support business goals. What We’re Looking For, ? Experience in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline. ? 3 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations, ideally with last-mile delivery. ? Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong communication and coaching skills. ? Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide decisions. ? Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools. Desirable Experience ? Background in e-commerce, courier, or delivery service operations. ?
