工作職責(zé):
This position aims to maintain, update, and optimize the E-platform system, and improve the department's digital penetration rate and external display capabilities through various technologies. This position belongs to the Information Group under the DMPK Operation team.這一職位旨在維護、更新和優(yōu)化E-platform系統(tǒng)，并通過各項技術(shù)來提高部門數(shù)字化滲透率和對外展示能力。該崗位隸屬于DMPK Operation團隊下的信息組。
1. Responsible for the information system development project of the DMPK department, completing user requirement analysis, system design planning, front-end and back-end system architecture and function development, testing and deployment.
2. Responsible for developing and configuring applications using low code platforms, and achieving interconnectivity with existing systems.
3. Responsible for software maintenance work, as well as the writing and maintenance of related peripheral files
4. Work closely with project management and operations personnel to achieve project goals, promote project launch, and continuously drive product improvement.
5. By collecting user needs and product operation data, identify product issues and core pain points for users, and continuously improve the product
1. 負(fù)責(zé)DMPK部門信息化系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項目，完成用戶需求的分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計規(guī)劃、前后端系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)與功能開發(fā)、測試與部署。
2. 負(fù)責(zé)利用低代碼平臺進行應(yīng)用的開發(fā)與配置，并實現(xiàn)與已有系統(tǒng)的互聯(lián)互通。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)軟件維護工作，以及相關(guān)周邊文件的編寫和維護
4. 與項目管理和運維等人員緊密合作達(dá)成項目目標(biāo)，推動項目上線并持續(xù)推動產(chǎn)品改進。
5. 通過收集用戶需求和產(chǎn)品運營數(shù)據(jù)，找出產(chǎn)品問題和用戶核心痛點，持續(xù)改進產(chǎn)品
任職資格:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or related majors through unified admission.
2. More than 3 years of experience in web development of information systems, familiar with product development processes.
3. Familiar with low code platforms such as Mingdao Cloud, Power Platform.
4. Familiar with common front-end Vue.js development techniques and back-end development languages and frameworks, such as C #,. NET Core, EF, Python, Django, etc.
5. Familiar with API design techniques.
6. Familiar with database technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB.
7. Have good business understanding, learning ability, and team communication skills.
1. 統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷，計算機科學(xué)、軟件工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)
2. 3年以上信息化系統(tǒng)web開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程
3. 熟悉低代碼平臺，如明道云，Power Platform
4. 熟悉常見的前端Vue.js開發(fā)技術(shù)及后端開發(fā)語言和框架，如C#，.NET Core，EF，Python，Django等
5. 熟悉API設(shè)計技術(shù)
6. 熟悉數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)，如MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB
7. 具有良好的業(yè)務(wù)理解力,學(xué)習(xí)能力和團隊溝通能力
